Information Parcelway does not collect
This static release has no account registration, login, profile, comments, newsletter, payment, address lookup form, owner-search form, contact form, or file upload. Parcelway does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, parcel queries, or user-supplied public-record documents.
The pages include no analytics script, advertising pixel, behavioral tracker, session replay, embedded social widget, external font request, or third-party map iframe. Fonts and illustrations are served from the same site. External government links open through ordinary hyperlinks; once you follow one, that agency or platform applies its own privacy and logging practices.
Basic server logs
Like most web hosting, the server may create routine access and error logs needed to deliver files, detect abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain security. Such logs can include an IP address, time, requested path, response status, referrer, and user-agent string. Parcelway does not use those logs to build people-search profiles or combine them with property-record data.
Retention and access should be limited to operational need. This page does not promise that upstream network, DNS, certificate, or hosting providers collect nothing; each provider can maintain independent technical logs under its own terms. No optional consent banner appears because this release sets no nonessential browser cookie.
Public records and personal information
Government assessment and recording systems can display names or mailing fields. Parcelway does not copy those fields into its directory, expose address-to-person queries, generate owner examples, or recommend searching for a person. The site describes office roles, identifiers, data limitations, and official source paths.
A record being legally public does not remove every privacy or ethical concern. Use public information for a legitimate land or administrative question, follow applicable law and portal terms, and avoid harassment, stalking, discrimination, identity theft, or unwanted contact. For suppression or correction at the source, contact the maintaining government agency.
Policy changes and contact
If Parcelway later adds a form, newsletter, account, analytics, or another data-processing feature, this policy should be revised before collection begins. The updated page should identify the data, purpose, legal basis where applicable, processors, retention, choices, and effective date.
