- Prefer the maintaining government agency and record the retrieval date.
- Do not infer a person, residence, legal title, surveyed boundary, or market value from an index field.
- Generated visuals on Parcelway are explicitly captioned "Illustration" and do not depict real parcels, addresses, or documents.
